Atono community guidelines

Welcome to the Atono Slack community—a space where ideas flow, collaboration thrives, and curiosity leads the way. We’re excited to have you here, and we’ve kept these guidelines simple because we trust that everyone’s here to contribute positively. Let’s build an environment that reflects Atono’s values: respect, learning, and teamwork.

What this space is for

This community is your space to:

  • Share your insights about Atono.
  • Ask questions and find support from fellow users.
  • Get creative, brainstorm ideas, and explore new ways to use Atono.
  • Connect with others who are passionate about making work easier and smoother.

Our guiding principles

  1. Assume good intentions. We’re all learning, and mistakes happen. Respond with kindness and understanding.
  2. Keep it real. Share your authentic experiences—what’s working for you, what’s been challenging, and what you’re excited to explore next.
  3. Give back. If you’ve figured something out, pass that knowledge on. We grow stronger together.
  4. Stay curious. Ask questions, even the ones that seem small. Every inquiry can lead to a new discovery.

What this space isn’t for

We’re all here to focus on improving the Atono experience. So, this community isn’t the place for:

  • Outside agendas. Let’s keep discussions focused on Atono. If it’s not related to the product, it’s probably better suited for another forum.
  • One-way conversations. Be open to feedback and different perspectives, and avoid dominating discussions.
  • Negativity for negativity’s sake. We get it—there can be frustrations. Let’s work together to solve them rather than just venting.
  • Crossing boundaries. Always respect the privacy of others, both inside and outside this community.

A few quick reminders

  • Use public channels for discussions that others can benefit from. Direct messages should be used sparingly.
  • Stay on topic in channels. If you’re wandering off track, maybe it’s time for a new thread or channel.
  • Reach out if you need help. We’re here to support you at [email protected] or [email protected] for any security concerns.

Keep it supportive

We want this space to be welcoming to everyone, no matter their background or experience level. If you ever feel uncomfortable, see something off, or just have a question about the guidelines, reach out to us at [email protected].
