Invite people to your workspace

Your Atono workspace supports up to 200 users, including both active users and pending invitations. Once someone accepts an invitation, they'll be added to the list of users in your workspace.

1. On either the Home page or the Manage users page, click Invite users.
2. In the Email field, enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
   • To add more email addresses, click Add another email. To remove an address, click the X next to it.
3. Click Send invitations.
4. You can repeat this process to invite more people.

Invitations expire after 7 days. If someone doesn't accept in time and they still want to join, you'll need to send a new invitation.

If you reach your user limit and some invitations remain unaccepted, you'll need to wait for them to expire before inviting others.
