Home

Your starting point for managing users, teams, and integrations.

Your Home page is where your Atono journey begins. It's your dashboard, where you can see and jump to the teams you're a part of and quickly handle tasks like inviting users, creating teams, and connecting to Slack.

Invite users

Ready to bring new folks on board? You can invite others to join your workspace directly from the Home page.

  1. Click Invite users.
  2. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
  3. Send the invitations.

Once they accept, they'll be part of your workspace. For more detailed instructions on inviting and managing users, see Manage users.

Join a team

Joining a team in Atono is where collaboration takes off, and great ideas turn into action. If you're not yet a member of any team, your Home page will display a shortcut to join an existing public team.

  1. Click Join a team.
  2. In the Team field, search for or select the name of the team you want to join, or click Create team to start your own.
  3. Click Join team.

Create teams

Teams help you stay organized and collaborate better. Creating new teams from your Home page is a breeze.

  1. Click Create team.
  2. Give your team a name.
  3. Choose whether it's a public or private team.
  4. Add members.

For a deeper dive into creating and managing teams, see Teams.

Connect to Slack

Integrate your account with Slack to streamline communication with your teams and stay on top of stories. Once connected, others in your workspace can automatically add you to teams and story channels.

  1. In the Connect Slack pane, click Connect.
  2. Allow Atono to access your Slack workspace.
  3. In the Join team Slack channels dialog, click Join channels to add yourself to any Slack channels connected to your teams, or click Skip to join later.

If you're not ready to connect to Slack yet, click Remind me and the prompt will reappear on your Home page in a week.

Not using Slack? No problem! Click the X to remove this panel from your Home page. If you change your mind, you can always connect later from your user profile.
