Workspace settings

Manage your workspace, plan, billing, authentication, and integrations.

Your workspace Settings let you configure key aspects of your Atono workspace, including ownership, subscription, billing, single sign‑on, and integrations.

Workspace Settings are available only to Workspace Owners and Administrators.



Access workspace settings

  1. In the Atono workspace header, click your workspace name.
  2. From the menu, select Settings.


Workspace

This section includes settings that control ownership, subscription, billing, and authentication for your Atono workspace.


Details

The Details page displays your workspace name and list of workspace owners. This page also includes the option to delete the workspace.

Delete workspace

Only a Workspace Owner can delete the workspace.

When you delete a workspace, all users immediately lose access and will be unable to log in.

  1. On the Workspace page, hover over the ellipsis (...) icon.
  2. Select Delete workspace.
  3. In the Delete workspace dialog, click Continue to Delete.
  4. Enter the workspace name and click Delete workspace, or click Don't delete or X to cancel.

If users try to log into a deleted workspace, they'll see a message that the workspace has been deleted.

Inactive workspaces will be deleted after 120 days

Free or trial workspaces with more than 120 days of inactivity will be automatically deleted. Workspaces with a current paid subscription are considered active.


Plan

The Plan page is available only to Workspace Owners.

The Plan page provides an overview of your current Atono plan, including user limits and storage usage.

From this page you can:

  • Extend a trial.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Change your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Adjust the number of user seats in your subscription.
  • Add or remove unlimited storage.

Billing

The Billing page is available only to Workspace Owners.

Atono partners with Stripe for secure payments and billing.

Click Billing to open the customer portal in Stripe, where you can:

  • Update your payment methods.
  • Update your billing information.
  • View and download invoices and receipts.

Single sign-on (SSO)

The Single sign‑on page allows Workspace Owners or Administrators to configure SSO for their organization.

Use this page to:

  • Enable or disable SSO.
  • Configure your identity provider.


Integrations

Integrations let you connect Atono with external tools your team already uses, so work and updates stay in sync across systems.


Slack

To connect Slack channels to stories and teams in Atono, you must first enable the Slack integration for your workspace.

GitHub

The GitHub integration allows you to connect repositories and link pull requests to work in Atono.

Import to Atono

Import to Atono lets you bring existing work from other tools into Atono. Imports help you get started quickly without losing historical context.


Linear

Import issues and projects from Linear into Atono to bring existing work into your workspace.
